Just curious, why write it out in Db when it is clearly in the more common blues key of E? Save yourself some of those annoying courtesy accidentals. (E major = C# minor)

It's a blues in the key of Db. It's as simple as that. The Fb notes (on the Db7 chord) are actually wrong: These are #9s, not minor 3rds (So, not Db minor or C# minor). They should all be E naturals.
